1# Boost your metabolism

1. Take up new sport.
Running, swimming or other activity. When you burn calories quickly your body needs a lot of oxygen. Your blood cycles  faster and more effective. Also you can improve your burn by doing intervals. For example, when you run in the last 1 kilometr increase pace, or rewrite workout into parts (1 part. ABS exercises, 2 part. jumping jacks and burpees, 3 part. Squats ).


2. Cheat meal
If you have strict diet and after few months you don't see any results. Change composition of meals or take a break. In given day let yourself eat unhealthy snack. The shift in calories may help you avoid plateaus. Cheat meals have good impact for your meatabolism.


3.Proteins
 Your body digests protein more slowly than fat or carbs, so you feel full longer (for example it is true when you have it for breakfast). Plus, it may also give your metabolism a bump. In a process called thermogenesis, your body uses about 10% of its calorie intake for digestion. So, because it takes longer to burn protein than carbs or fat, your body expends more energy absorbing the nutrients in high-protein diets.
