Fit cake

Everybody needs sweets. Here I have recipes for healthy cakes which you can make in your own kitchen. In comments write which is your favourite ones.

Dietary chocolate cake
Ingredients:
Biscuit: 5 eggs, 2 tbsp. powder of cocoa, 3-4 tbsp. of oat bran, 2 tbsp. of fructose ( to taste), 1/2 tbs. baking soda.
Cream: 300-400g cottage cheese, Stevia( to taste)


Making:
  For biscuit: mix  yolks with bran, cocoa, fructose and baking powder. Then gently enter the whipped egg whites to the resulting mass. Pour the dough into an oily form and bake until cooked.
Curd cream is made from 300-400 soft curds and stevia to taste. Whip the cream and spread on the biscuit layers.

Carrot cake
Ingredients:
350g carrots, 4 eggs 6 tbsp. of oat bran, 1 tbsp. of fructose, 1/2 tbsp baking soda, 2 tbsp, grated orange peel, 1/2 tbsp of cinnamon, pinch of salt

Making:
 For the preparation of carrot biscuit grated carrots, bran, fructose, yolks and baking powder are required. All ingredients must be mixed well. Separately, whisk the proteins with salt to a state similar to snow drifts, and add them to the bulk, gently stirring.  You must first add a third of the egg-whites, mix thoroughly and only then add the rest, gently stirring from bottom to top.
The resultant dough is put in the oven for about 30-40 minutes. The resulting bakery should be cooled, cut it into pieces. Put cream made of whipped cottage cheese with stevia or fructose. To make the cream more liquid, you can add milk or yogurt.
